Together with my sister, I co-founded Crimson Crack, a sustainable clothing brand focused on upcycling and redesigning second-hand pieces. I managed the brand from concept to execution, overseeing marketing, production, and overall operations. The project was part of Mladi Zmaji, providing support for our innovative idea, and allowed us to develop a unique brand identity entirely from scratch.
